Charlie William Parks is the host of “Caffeinated”, a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach/Personal Trainer and experienced fitness professional of over 20 years in the industry. He is a lifetime natural bodybuilder as well. He has helped hundreds of people reach their fitness goals over the years.

Charlie has a background in the arts as an actor, artist and singer/songwriter. He can be seen in upcoming 2025 horror film “Awaken The Reaper” alongside Lance Henriksen and Lou Gossett Jr.

Charlie is a long time NY native, currently residing with his wife and kids.
